Mr. Bejalwar’s career foundation was built through over 15 years of international experience in subsurface geological and petroleum reservoir studies across Australia, Singapore, Dubai, Qatar, and Yemen, where he specialized in interpreting complex lithological structures and fluid dynamics within deep geological formations. Over the past 12 years, he has devoted his expertise to India’s groundwater sector, conducting comprehensive aquifer mapping using GIS and geophysical methods, and implementing sustainable groundwater management strategies in diverse hydrogeological terrains.
His work encompasses the entire spectrum of groundwater exploration and aquifer management — from scientific borewell siting, aquifer performance testing, and rainwater harvesting design, to groundwater budgeting, watershed planning, and mine hydrogeology studies.
